How do I create an account?

Is my personal information secure?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We only share what’s needed to operate bookings, payments, and support.
Is Gumboot available in my area?
We’re rolling out across New Zealand. Turn on location in the app to see availability near you.
How does payment work?
Once a job is completed, payout is initiated to the provider’s bank account via our payment partner. Processing can take up to 4 business days.
What is the minimum age to sign up?
16 years of age.
